Wonderful riad, wonderful experience in Marrakech

Small, beautiful riad, very well located, very clean and well-kept, with excellent service, very calm and quiet, well equipped. Imane is charming and attentive. It helps you with everything you need. The lady who works there is also very friendly and attentive. Very abundant, varied and delicious breakfast on the terrace. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. We slept very well. We have felt at home. It has been a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely no resemblance to the photos and size of the rooms.

Really looked forward to staying here, but immediately let down by rooms which bore absolutely no resemblance to the photos or the room description. A junior suite where the bed is approx one foot away from the wall, and not long enough to lie in. A patio which is actually the restaurant playing music to the late hours, a swimming pool which is the same size as a bath.i have stayed in single rooms that are bigger..when challenged about it, we were told " They're just different pictures", honestly feel totally let down by this Riad. I would not recommend it to anyone, there are far nicer places to stay. Avoid.

Excellent service!

We were there for 3 nights and had the best time. Fatima helped us very much with what we should do in Marrakech. Booked Hammam bath for us, helped us book a bus to Agadir and when we had to go early in the morning, they prepared a little bag with food for us. Will very much recommend this place and the people running it! Made the experience in Marrakech so good for us.

An oasis in Fez

One of the most beautiful places to stay. Beautiful and quiet inside the old walls of Fez. Gorgeous quiet courtyard patio. Nice bar and restaurant. Spacious and well decorated rooms and baths. Professional service.

Value for money

The riad is located in a nice area, away from the square but within walking distance, as well as 5 minutes walk to the Souks.
The Riad is nothing spectacular in terms of decoration, but it was clean and cute. It felt as if you were home.
The guy who works there (i think he was named Hassan, something with Ha..) was amazing. He spoke good English, always had a smile on his face and provides excellent service in general. He told us about tips and tricks on avoiding scams, arranged taxi from the Airport for us despite the fact that we asked for the service four hours before we arrived in Marrakesh. When we told them that we had to leave early the next morning, they arranged breakfast in a bag so that we could take them with us. Also, wifi is extremely fast.
For the price that you have to pay, this is an excellent choice and value for money.
