Excellent facilities and service.

Excellent Hotel, starting with the reservation process, the Checkinn, the attention of each of the employees, the facilities I liked, the restaurant bar, excellent and the buffet with good assortment and taste of the dishes.
The two excellent pools for cooling off and sunbathing.
Overall an Excellent Hotel that I highly recommend to spend a good weekend in Cuernavaca.

Accessibility opportunities.

The hotel is functional, with a good location. The room for people with disabilities was spacious, but if a person in a wheelchair uses it alone, it would be complicated to take a shower; the showerhead switch is too high, unreachable. The soap and cream at the sink are also out of reach, and the ramps to the pool are too steep; with help, it is difficult to go up or down. I know they will not do anything to improve it, but I cannot help but mention it. The staff provides the basics or less in service, except for one of the valet attendants (tall, slim, dark-skinned).

It's not a good location because it faces a road that only cars can drive on.

The hotel itself had no problems, but its location faced a street that only cars drove, and its remoteness from the city center made it difficult for me to find much appeal as a person who prefers strolling around the hotel at night or in the early morning. I have no complaints about the hotel's own ability to stay because the rooms were clean and Wi-Fi was fine. There was no bathtub, only a shower, but I didn't intend to take a bath, so it was no trouble.

Lack of internet and excessive noise

You hear a lot of noise in the room, and I had 3 days of my stay problems with the internet, in my room the signal from my phone did not reach and worse still its network was not useful, trying to connect from different devices.
I had to report it several times and the last time they didn't even do it anymore.
In my opinion it is not a cheap hotel to have such a bad experience.

At ease
