Good hostel at 5th floor

This is a good place if you stay a night or two.
+ quiet area
+ decoration/theme was nice
+ not too faraway from the central station, walkable app. 1 km
+ fan - it was really needed as it was really really hot too
+ common kitchen (didn't use it)
- 5th floor, no elevator

Cancelation 1 day prior to arrival

Horrible experience 1 day before the arrival. Booking was made and confirmed in August and just 1 day before arrival it got cancelled with message - overbooking. 2 months you have the booking and then you just rule it as overbooking - is hilarious. While calling upon reception - lady on the phone didnt even bother talking nor explaining and meanwhile talking mid conversation - hangs up. After trying calling back my phone is blocked. Nice!! Leaving messages on Booking where the booking was made - is completely ignored. Great!! Booking notified and reviewing situation but whats most disgusting is no human understanding, no help to look up for another place if its overbooking (things happen) but if thats from your side (hostel) this problem occurred then maybe please be mindful to deal with situation further..?? For such "great interaction" and no common sense - wishing you "well"... (###)

Not a good experience

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this hostel.
The check-in had initially worked without any problems until the time I stopped coming to my room in the evening, as the room code was changed without notice.
Problems arose when trying to call staff because three different phone numbers were given, one of which belonged to a hard of hearing elderly gentleman who had nothing to do with the hostel.
After I reached someone, my problem was not understood and the same data I could not get into the room with was sent again. Thank God a roommate opened the door for me and passed on the new code.
The room itself was of good size and had lockers for luggage. It seems there hasn't been any cleaning in a while.
The bathroom and breakfast room were worn and dirty, not a place where you would voluntarily and gladly eat a meal. Furthermore, the shower was broken, or the shower door hung disassembled in the shower, and dirty. I decided to voluntarily muffle at that moment.

A fine place to stay for a night or two

This was a fine experience, you get what you pay for and the price was very reasonable for its location. The staff were nice and helpful. There was a communal kitchen, no real communal area but the rooms were private and not dorms so it wasn't as needed as in a normal hostel. They had cornflakes out for anyone to have which was convenient. The facilities were just fine if all you need is a place to sleep for a night or two.

Very good hostel

Very good hostel even if it's not so easy to understand instructions when you arrive by night, but after that it's very clean and confortable and not so expansive, so I just recommend to all travelers
