Good one night stay
I was booked into the hotel by the airline due to a missed connection. I am taking a star as the included private transfer provided by the hotel, to the hotel, which the airline assured me would be waiting took 25 minutes to arrive. Then the vehicle smelt of smoke.
The hotel itself is fantastic. My checkin was fast and easy. The reception area is beautiful and the glass elevators are lovely. My suite was large as was the bathroom. There could be one couch less in the bedroom. The hot water could be hotter and took a long time to come through but was not a major deal breaker.
I ordered room service and it was speedily delivered and very good.
The wi-fi was very good.
My checkout was efficient and the transfer back to the airport was on time and in a lovely vehicle.
Due to my short stay, I could not explore the area but it seems well located.
I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Dubai.

Great location and great rooms
Great place to stay in a great location. Only 5 minutes walk to the souk. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Overall this place to stay is very convenient. The Manager of this hotel is great and does all he can to accommodate you. Will be staying again for sure!

Exceptional Service from Subhankar Rudra – A Lovely Stay at Fraser Suites Doha
We had a truly lovely 4-night stay at Fraser Suites Doha. Our suite on the 14th floor offered beautiful views of the Mina Port, and the location gave us excellent, efficient access to Hamad International Airport — perfect for our schedule.
What really made the stay memorable was the outstanding service from the Front Office Manager, Subhankar Rudra. He went well above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless for us. In particular, he personally arranged a shuttle at 4:00 AM so we could comfortably take our small dog in its carrier to the airport. This thoughtful, proactive help was incredibly appreciated and took all the stress out of our departure.
The suite itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortably furnished — a real home-away-from-home. The staff we met throughout the property were friendly and professional, and it was reassuring to stay somewhere genuinely pet-friendly. We did not see other dogs when there, and we seemed to be the only ones with a pet. Great location for the Souq Waqif as well, although as it was July the temperature is higher for walking there. I did walk there in the morning and it took ~8-10mins only.
We would highly recommend Fraser Suites Doha, especially if you’re travelling with a pet or need reliable early-morning airport access, along with excellent customer service. A big thank you to Subhankar and the team for making our visit so enjoyable. We’d happily stay again!
