My experience was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, and Baya was very helpful and kind.
I would like to give a special appreciation to BAYA for his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding assistance. He was very helpful, attentive, and made the experience much more pleasant. His kindness and excellent service truly made a difference. I will definitely come back again because of the great service. Thank you, Baya!

We were very comfortable.
The hotel is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the buffet menus are fantastic, the staff are wonderful, they are helpful in every way. I especially want to thank Pathan, a staff member working in the restaurant, he guided us very well regarding the buffet, we got advantageous menus, the hotel is fantastic.

Breakfast experience.
After completing our 10KM run, we couldn’t think of a better way to refuel than having breakfast at ibis! ♂️☕️
The buffet had a great selection of delicious food, everything was fresh and satisfying, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. ❤️
We came in hungry after our run and definitely left happy and recharged!
Great food + amazing service = the perfect post-run breakfast! Highly recommended!

Nice and peaceful accommodation
I had a very nice 6 night straying at the Ibsi Doha. Always the people are making your staying nice and peaceful with their smiles and excellent customer service. For this reason, the hotel staff are really friendly and professional. Ever since I reach to the hotel to check their rooms readiness and accommodation a wonderful person his Baya took me and show case the rooms and hotel facilities, he was a good communicator and through in his professional action. I congratulate the management of having such wonderful staff who always at your help. He is the one convinced me to stay for all of this nights enjoying and relaxing time. Not forget both recipcianist from disk Mr. Mousa and Ahmed for their services offering, nice attention, smile and positive attitude. I am really thankful for all staff well behaving and professional action in response g to my needs. Best of luck all keep providing excellent customer services which deserve management recognition and congratulations.

Its far from city center and west bay. Always crowded signal near behind. The room are too small size. The toilet is too small to wadh your hands.
