Brilliant funky hostel

Location: It's a couple of kms to the city centre, although it's very well connected with trams and busses. There's a huge supermarket 5 minutes away
Room: I stayed in a private room. The bed was perfect and the room was very spacious. However the room doesn't have its own private bathroom. It's down the hall
Staff: Very welcoming staff with perfect English. They were able to help me plan my transport and give me directions
Kitchen: one of the most well-equips kitchen I've even been to in a hostel. Includes a oven, toaster and microwave too
All and all, this hostel is funky for its colourful decor, artwork and funny memes scattered throughout the rooms.
I would recommend this hostel to anybody and everybody!

Loved it!

We got a room for two with TV, games, and full of books. It was great because we had to spend some time inside. Super calm and warm, there was even a fireplace decorating the room. Totally recommended!

Peaceful, clean & homely hostel

We stayed at Exit Routine last weekend and had a really lovely experience. The queen private room is enormous! Complete with TV, stacks of books, and a cosy little corner sofa. The hostel could definitely do with an additional bathroom, as I imagine you have to queue for a shower during peak season, though we didn't experience any issues.
The hostel has a no-shoe policy to keep everything clean, and the kitchen & bathroom layouts do make the hostel feel homely. There is a main gain which is locked at night, and each room itself is lockable, with lockers inside as well. Staff aren't around a lot, and we did have trouble getting in touch with them during check out but it wasn't a major issue.
Tea and coffee available all day, as well as a handy map, great wifi, towels and hairdryers in the bathrooms. Location is fine, not particularly central, but Timisoara is a small place and it's nice to be away from the pubs and clubs. There is a noisy dog that lives nearby, so remember your ear plugs.
Would stay again! Great price for the size of the room. Uber from the airport was £7.

Best in town

Excellent location, very nice, big and clean rooms, beds are very confortable, owners are very friendly. Close to the university campus, bussines center and stadium. The owner, Mihaela, really works hard to provide all the information you need.

Friendly budget place to stay

We stayed in the serenity triple room which was spacious and very comfortable. Felt very welcomed by Mihai and Adriana and they were super helpful and friendly hosts. The place is cosy (loved the slippers!) and reasonably priced so would definitely recommend to anyone heading to Timisoara.
