Very nice/spacious, excellent location
Great place! This hotel could not be better situated. Walking distance to most places downtown. Bus stops to virtually all key places within a block. Also can catch the bus to airport at the next block (3 euro at the time of writing this).
Right across the street from Cathedral and tourist shopping.
Good A/C - no issues. Comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Has kitchenette with refrigerator and stove. Also has clothes washer/dryer in unit. Has iron/ironing board and plenty of outlets for device chargers.
While it’s located on the Gran Via busy street, we didn’t experience noise issues and slept well. Windows seem to isolate noise well.

The hotel does have staff on site
They do charge for luggage storage but still a great option (you do need to coordinate with them) - we chose to do this since we took the bus to the airport the last day and the stop is literally 200 feet from the hotel entry. Airport is far away and taxi/Uber is very expensive. Airport Bus service was punctual so make sure you get the schedule right. Takes a full hour to get to airport from downtown so plan accordingly.
Per my understanding, the hotel doesn’t replenish all items (they told me this in the context of asking for more toilet paper, although they did provide more).
Granada:
A bunch of great tapas places around the corner. One we really enjoyed was “La Buena Vida” (ask for a drink/soda/beer and get a free tapa of your choosing, reasonable prices). Try the “Tinto de Verano” for a refreshing drink.
Coffee/pastry shop right outside the door of hotel is also good for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day.
Recommend taking the C32 bus line (in the right direction ) to the “Mirador de San Nicolás” to watch the sunset. I can’t stress more this is a must. You can pay 3 euro to go up to the small bell tower of the church - nice views/pictures. Several places up there by the mirador to sit and cool off/have a drink before watching the sunset (which typically is much later in the day as compared to US, fyi).
For the Alhambra, buy tickets way in advance online (months if possible) and suggest early morning entry to avoid crowds and to improve picture opportunities. Plan for 4 hours if you really want to enjoy it. We ended up getting the Granada City pass/card as it had entries to a bunch of places included along with bus passes.
Will likely go back to Granada and will definitely stay at this hotel again.

What a gorgeous flat with all the amenities. Perfect location that is very central and direct view of the cathedral from the main rooms. Design and furniture were modern and comfortable. Missing a few key items in the kitchen like cutting board and sharp knife. Aside from that it was perfect and AC is strong and quiet.

Perfect location
We had an excellent stay at U-Sense Granada Gran Vía. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered plenty of space, making it very comfortable for our family. The central location is unbeatable—you can easily walk to Granada’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
We stayed on the fifth floor and were treated to breathtaking views of the Cathedral, which made our mornings and evenings even more special. Another wonderful bonus was the exquisite bakery right next door, perfect for enjoying fresh pastries and coffee before heading out to explore the city.
Overall, this is an outstanding place to stay in Granada. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent location. Steps to Starbucks and restaurants. Very friendly Reception personnel. Great washer and dryer . Confortable for 4 people. Thanks to the girls for their recommendations.
