comfortable stay!

We stayed here for one night on a family trip. Very clean and nicely maintained motel. Family room was perfect for 5 adults and a double for two. A/C and hot water was available. Morning tea was provided. Reasonable prices too. The only complaint is the bedsheets should have been more clean.

Tranquility at it's best.

Easy access to the main tourists attractions. Flexible n very friendly staff. Food is tasty and we can order anything that we like but should inform them at least one hour before. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hope they will improve their facilities in future.

Good mid range property with willing staff.

New hotel in Uppuveli on the inland side away from the beach.
Not easiest to find. Tiled floors throughout. Good value. Staff left guest to get on with it, rather than hover over you. Trincomalee is a 3 km walk away with many Autos only to willing stop if wanted. There is food available but not tried.

Splendid

We stayed here 2 nights. Clean rooms A/C and breakfast ! Good shower. We were the only ones staying - slightly out of season. The owner brought us in a very good meal on the second night and we felt very well looked after. Exellent value for money. Slightly out of Trincomalee, but that just meant the area was quiet and away from the resort hotels. We walked one day into Trincomalee and other times took a 3 wheeler. Would definatly recommend Motel Apple Five. Thank you for looking after us !
