It was surprisingly a fantastic find for a stay in Bangkok. Very close to Hwai Khwang MRT station (there’s actually a walking path as shortcut but one really needs to look for it). Super friendly reception lady who granted me early check-in. The room, for its price, was fantastic and well-appointed. Fast 100mbps wifi too. My specific room 405, in fact, came with an L-shaped outdoor balcony which was really nice. Overall, this was a fantastic stay for the budget.

Stay here really comfort! I like this staff very helpfull to me and very friendly. Complete facilities this room aminities, soap & shampo and towel. in room available icebox & kettle. Room nice aesthetic interior & clean.

I experienced an earthquake in Bangkok on March 27, 2025, while staying at this hotel. Thanks to the builders for making the building so sturdy—there wasn’t a single crack, and it barely shook compared to other buildings, especially high-rises.
Overall, it’s an excellent hotel. The loft-style design is modern and stylish, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Plus, getting here from the metro is easy—no need for long detours. It’s right behind Huai Khwang Station, Exit 3. There’s a shortcut that isn’t visible on Google maps, but you’ll find a pedestrian path directly behind the station, nearly bicycle's packing.

Expectation/Reality: Room matched the pictures pretty closely, interior design of the place was great.
Security: Good, locks on the main door and to the room.
Hygiene: Very clean place, well maintained and cleaned regularly.
Hospitality: Good, the team was accommodating and professional.
Social Atmosphere: None.
Overall: Good for a short to medium stay. The TV in the room is old and the HDMI didn't work, but the wifi is room. NOTE there is no elevator, so if you're on the fifth floor (with a good view) you will be climbing stairs.

It is a very nice place to stay. Very quiet and within walking distance to Hwai Kwang MRT station. The only disadvantage is that there is no lift. I was given the highest floor (5th) but it is ok as I am still young!
