Highly recommended

We have just returned from a wonderful few days in Prague. The Hotel Leon d'Oro was a perfect place to stay. Two things really stand out - the excellent location and the size of the room - almost an apartment really, with a bedroom, living room, large bathroom and kitchenette. It was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very nice indeed. The style of the furniture is old fashioned, and although this isn't usually my choice, it fitted in with this area. I would definitely recommend and would like to return.

Dissappoining

Stayed for 9 nights brilliant location for exploring the city we had a suite on 5th floor large living area kitchenette with a great size fridge,no dish cloths or kitchen roll.2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms hot water tap did not work in 1 bathroom the sink stopper did not work in the other the shower was very poor and the shower head kept sliding down the pole for any ladies with long or thick hair the hairdryers are the old ones that keep cutting out takes all day to dry your hair bed linen and towels very clean but I felt the place in general needed a good deep clean. We did fill out the card in the room about repairs but nothing was sorted during our stay Good choice and plenty for breakfast staff were pleasant. We were disappointed with the outside space a metal stairway led to the upper terrace this did not feel very safe you had to hold on with both hands to go up and down did not have a free hand to bring a drink and when you got there no cushions on the loungers and lots of pigeon poop nice view Smaller terrace at room level was grubby. Location was the best thing about the hotel Would not rate it as 4 star by European standards

Fantastic hotel and well located

My experience at the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is very well located and has extremely friendly staff. The breakfast looks like a banquet and the rooms are very spacious. I recommend it to everyone!!

Excellent solution in the center.

Just spent 4 nights. Fantastic location in the city center, excellent rooms and cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast could be improved, especially in terms of quality but also variety. I recommend including fresh fruit and homemade cakes instead of packaged ones. Good value for money.

Wonderful People, Wonderful Stay!

We had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Leon D’Oro! Oksana, the Housekeeping Supervisor, was incredibly kind, attentive, and made everything feel extra special. Marco at the front desk was just as wonderful—warm, friendly, and always happy to help. People like Oksana and Marco are what make a hotel truly memorable. Thank you both for making our stay in Prague so special! ❤️
