Good value for money

I really enjoyed my time here for the money it was perfect a lot cheaper than other hotels. However I was gutted there was no ice cream in the patara resteraunt and there's no local cheap food spots like theyre all fancy resteraunts. But still great value for money id say. I dont know why some reviews say rude staff or moneys stolen. I left everything out and staff were lovely. My kids loved the pool and the chocolate cake.

very poor

Hotel is clean, some staff were ok.very poor entertainment team . There is a lack of entertainment especially for kids.
The food is the normal recycled all inclusive food , onion rings served for lunch will be re served for the evening meal and breakfast the following day. On check out your all inclusive bands are removed and a yellow band is given which means you can only access the main dinning room and have water tea and coffee, despite having paid for it. The hotel only has free wifi in the lobby which is poor at best ,however you can pay for it surprise surprise !!! Honestly AVOID this HOTEL there are better ones out there for cheaper or the same money.

Don’t believe the bad reviews

Don’t believe the bad reviews. This is a budget hotel remember.
Amenities were good and the seaside deck made it well worthwhile.
Drinks were fine for a budget hotel, but please start doing pina colada !
Rooms were clean but basic but did include air conditioning, which is useful in 56 degrees heat. We had no issues with things going missing.
Food wise , all the veg, fruit was fresh, we saw it being inspected when it arrived off the truck as our room looked out of the rear yard. Meat was questionable ABs this was were improvements could be made, stick anything that has a face or visible bonage and you’ll be fine. Snack didn’t have a great selection and no icebream bar.
Only other negative was the lack of entertainment on a night time which due to the lack of things round about would have definitely improved our stay.
All in all a solid budget alternative for those looking at the cheaper end of the market.

Dont waste your time and money , l cant say anything positive beside the sea but even you cant enjoy it because they put a lock on it and you cant enter any time you want !!!!

High view of the gulf and friendly staff

The hotel is great for its location, marvelous views of the sea and nice private beach The staff is very friendly and sincerely and warmly takes care of the guests 20 min by bus to the Old city, beautiful disctrict Lara around the hotel with parks and bars DJ Yasin is the cherry on the cake
Though I have never stayed at a hotel twice, the hotel is worth returning to!...
