Super cute historic hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was extremely friendly no-frills just a good night sleep and extremely quiet. The bar staff is absolutely phenomenal and the bar and the breakfast place downstairs.

When we arrived at this hotel we immediately noticed it was dated and had an off putting smell. When we got to our room it felt damp and smelled of cigarettes. There was a urine stain on the bathroom wall. I told the front desk I would not be staying there with my teen daughter and they first told me no refund would be offered and there was no manager to speak to. I refused to accept this and after two attempts she was able to reach someone. They tried to switch rooms which I also said no to at this point and after going to see the room herself, they agreed to refund us. We had to find somewhere else to stay last minute which cost a lot more but we were happy to not be staying in a smelly and dirty hotel. Do not book this hotel!!

Our stay at the Executive Hotel Pacific was disappointing, mainly because of the level of customer service.
The night of our stay, the couple in the room next to us was loudly arguing and yelling until around 3:00 a.m., which made it extremely difficult to sleep. Because of this, we asked for a late checkout the following morning, but there was very little flexibility or consideration given to the situation.
For the price charged by this hotel, I expected a much better level of service and attention to guests, especially when an issue during the night significantly affected our ability to rest.
The positive aspects are the convenient downtown location and nearby parking. However, overall, I don’t feel the price matches the quality of the experience or customer service we received, and unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The TV only had about six working channels, and the remote did not work. I contacted the front desk for assistance and was told someone would come to the room, but no one ever showed up. There was also no ironing board available.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and unresponsive service made this an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel.
