Excellent Value for Money Hotel in Alwarpet, Chennai

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's walking distance from many excellent restaurants. It's also walking distance from Kaveri Hospital where we had an appointment. The staff is efficient, polite and helpful. The room is fairly big. We had a separate living room as well. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept. They are well appointed and comfortable. The bathroom has all the necessary fittings. It's priced very well for that area and for the facilities. It's good value for money

Average Hotel

It was an average business-class hotel. The bathroom and the room were clean. However, the noise from the next room door was disruptive while sleeping. The bed linen and bathroom towels could have been replaced because they looked old and shabby. The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. They do provide room service for lunch and dinner from the attached bar. The bar is spacious and visually appealing. If you need breakfast, they call it from outside for 300Rs, which includes only a mini tiffin. They are very strict about check-out times. Although I arrived late, around 18.00 hours, I requested a one-hour extension. They refused, and I had to check out before 11 a.m. Please plan your stay accordingly if you decide to stay. It's an average hotel with clean rooms.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the rooms clean and appreciated the spacious bar. However, we regret to learn about the noise disturbance and the condition of the bed linen and towels; your observations are valuable. We also understand that the check-out policy can be strict, and your suggestion regarding breakfast options is noted. We strive to improve the overall experience for our guests, and your insights help us in that endeavor.
Thanks & Regards
