Dear Mango Hill Hotel Management,
I stayed at Mango Hill Hotel, Chennai from July 11th to July 15th. As someone who considers this hotel my second home, I wanted to share my heartfelt appreciation for Mr. Prakash, the Front Office Manager.
Since I was staying there for five days while recovering from surgery, his warm welcome and genuine care made a world of difference to me. He was always approachable, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed.
Even though he is new to the team, I was deeply impressed by his dedication, passion for his work, and incredible hard work. He handles his duties effortlessly, interacts wonderfully with guests, and coordinates brilliantly with his colleagues.
He is truly a valuable asset to your team. Please pass on my sincere thanks and compliments to him for his exceptional service!

Good and poor understanding
The room and stay was good but staff was less cooperative about early check in and 1 hour later check out

I was recovering from multiple surgeries during my five-day stay, and Sujin went above and bevond to care for me. He consistently checked in from the reception to make sure I was doing well and asked if I needed any assistance. Beyond his wonderful hospitality, when I desperately needed medication, he personally took the time to go to a pharmacy to buy and deliver it to me.
Sujin is an extraordinary, caring, and compassionate person.His incredible kindness helped me immediately during my five day stay and sujin went above and beyond to care for me.He consistently checked in from the reception to make sure I was doing wel and asked if I needed any assistance. Good Stay
The rooms were nice , staffs were very helpful and most importantly the food was very good and freshly prepared.
The breakfast selection had mostly their usual South Indian cuisine and I had fun trying those for the first time.

Thanks to front desk team
Sujin and Sangeeta was very helpful. Sujin helped with me early check in and Sangeeta and Sujin helped me with drop as well which was going beyond their usual duties. Thankyou both please have some filter coffee in the menu :)
