Family of 5?
Staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and friendly. It was one of the few hotels that accept us (being a family of 5) without overcharging crazy rates. And the children’s room connected to our suite was absolutely lovely.

Outdated - Unwelcoming
While this hotel has a stunning exterior and lovely architecture, the experience inside was a major disappointment. The rooms are extremely outdated, and our bathroom had a persistent mildew smell — as if it had been mopped with a sour mop.
The staff were unfriendly and, at times, downright snobby. No one greeted us when we drove up, and the front desk was neither welcoming nor helpful. When I noticed there was no tea or creamer at the in-room coffee station and asked for some, the clerk refused to assist and told me to order from room service.
At checkout, no one asked how my stay was — it was clear she simply didn’t care. Staff frequently corrected guests in an abrupt manner. For example, when I tried to take a photo of the pool and pushed open the patio door, I was immediately yelled at to walk through the building instead — even though I was fully dressed, not in a swimsuit.
All in all, beautiful structure, but the lack of warmth and hospitality makes this hotel feel unwelcoming from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here.

You have a great time
I went to the La Fondue restaurant at the Swissotel, a very special place to go with a partner, with family or with friends, the staff is the best and the food is delicious. It is worth it.

Embassy Attendees Meeting
Our meeting at Le Fondue was memorable. Extremely cozy place and the staff attentive at all times. I enjoyed the event to the fullest, as the combination was perfect: service and company.

Classic hotel in business district. You can call the hotel classic or dated in spots, but well maintained and my stay was great.

The Peruvian government has published Supreme Decree No. 174-2021-PCM indicating that, as of December 15, 2021, every person over 18 years of age must present their physical or virtual vaccination card as an essential requirement to enter closed places. In compliance with the aforementioned regulations, our staff will ask all guests to present the vaccination card at the time of check-in.
In accordance with local tax laws, Peruvian citizens, foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru, and foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice must pay an additional fee of 18%. Foreign guests not in any of the aforementioned categories can provide a copy of their immigration card and passport to waive the 18% additional fee (IVA).
