Small scale hotel, good facilities.

Nice, small-scale hotel in the center. Spacious room, nice beds and nice shower. Lots of variety at breakfast, tasty fresh salads. Very friendly staff

Perfect hotel for visiting Prague

We spent three days here while visiting Prague. This is a small hotel and so has a very different atmosphere to the larger places. I think there are only eight rooms in total. We loved it the staff were friendly and the breakfast room in the cellar is great. The location is on the edge of the medieval centre and so everything is in easy walking distance. It is also close to the metro and so public transport to and from the airport is easy. The wifi is excellent which is essential for me.

Decent hotel, ideal location and facilities within walking distance.

Room in roof part was in itself spacious enough for 1 person, but for 2 too tight. Had to stable large suitcase on 2nd bed part, (2x1 person) there was not enough floor to do that. Was frolicking with climate control system/air conditioning+heating. Also toilet was too close to sink and I am small. In itself everything was clean and decent. it is a good basic hotel located in an ideal location right in the old town, where everything is within walking distance and is also metro in front of the hotel.
The price you pay for it is probably for location and facilities around the hotel. Very friendly staff, friendly staff. So if you are on the hort all day it is an ideal hotel for the price quality.

Great choice!

After a meticulous search I chose Hotel Jungmann for our visit to Prague and I was more than satisfied!
The staff, Marika and Lukas, proved very kind and helpful from the beginning, even before our arrival they responded courteously to my requests giving me valuable advice.
The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the metro and is well served by public transport. It is located in the center and most of the attractions are within easy walking distance.
Nearby is full of restaurants, pubs, shops, supermarkets and cafes, all at your fingertips!
The room is large, comfortable and very clean, cleaning is done daily in the morning. In the room you can find a mini fridge with small bottles of water and a coffee machine with capsules and kettle for herbal teas.
Breakfast is served every morning and is a full buffet, sweet and savoury.
If I ever return to Prague I would choose Hotel Jungmann again for my stay, guaranteed!

Perfect location

The hotel looks small from the outside and was a bit hard to find when we went for an extra round after the taxi dropped us off on a side road. If it looks small from the outside, the room was all the bigger. Large sleeping space, slightly different floor plan with shower and sink in the bedroom itself although there was a curtain to draw. Toilet with small sink. The bed and bed linen were comfortable and we were very happy with our room. View of a small square where it was quite lively at night. However, this was only heard when we had the window open. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included what we needed. Not great but also not a small assortment.
The hotel is within easy walking distance to most things. Takes 5 minutes to walk to the "clock" and at that square are many restaurants and stop for the little train that takes you around town for almost an hour.
